Corbel House

Pure in its form, Corbel House sits discreetly within its suburban streetscape. An exercise in finding balance between softness and rigidity, the five bedroom family home embraces outward simplicity and subtle intricacies.

Artful brick detailing enhances the building’s refined and robust form, while gentle curves continue the sense of balance. Immediately felt upon entrance, the sense of calmness is expressed through the home’s soft white palette, warm timber accents, and a combination of simple lines and crafted details. Injecting a sense of art into what is ostensibly a simple palette, the interior is given character through considered marble detailing and delicate lighting fixtures. The result is a home that offers the family that lives within it a quiet and considered place to call home.
