Connection with landscape and garden was an important part of the client’s brief.  This led to a side entry that guides guests through the garden before arriving at a private entry courtyard at the centre of the site.

The interior features two large voids over the entry and living room that flood the rooms with light throughout the day.  The Kitchen, meals, living area opens out to a north facing garden, outdoor entertain space and pool area.

In addition to underground parking, a series of habitable rooms open out to a large sunken courtyard that provides outlook, sunlight, and natural ventilation.
