A home that pays homage to the mid-century architecture typical of our client’s beloved Palm Springs; from the external screen to an interior of curved walls, brass finishes, detailed wallpapers, and subtle injections of pink.

The homes we create with our clients are filled with their own individual set of narratives, details which make them unique. Our measure of success is to hear these clients speak proudly of the design we created for, and with, them. Our ambition is always to develop spaces which deliver harmony and pleasure, much more than mere shelter.
UnFold was conceived as a platform to share some of these stories.

An office favourite, this Brighton East home finds balance in the minimal and timeless, and the unique and playful.

With handover more than two years ago, the garden at our Mount Eliza project – reminiscent of Palm Springs in architecture and landscape – continues to flourish.
Unassuming in scale from the street, this four bedroom, single level home sits on a large, sloping site and is designed around a courtyard garden and pool.
Set adjacent to undulating sand dunes and coastal national parkland in Blairgowrie, the dream of Montfort Beach House is starting to become reality for our clients.
On a sunny Sunday afternoon, we wandered the site to the soundtrack of the ocean and singing birds.

Matt Walsham and his team are nearing completion at our Malvern project.
Designed in accordance with strict heritage controls, the front portion of the building responds formally to the Victorian single storey streetscape.
Beyond, the interior and rear of the building blends the classic frontage with a modern mix of concrete, timber, brick, and marble.

Rebecca is one such client. With her own interior business, Rebecca’s trained eye for spaces and styling has informed her beautiful, considered brief for her new home in Rosanna, where construction will commence in the coming months.
Here, Rebecca shares some insight into the design process, and the aspects of the house she’s most excited about seeing come to life.
