Client Interview: Alphington House

After a sunny day spent shooting a recently completed residence in Alphington, we asked our client to share his experience with InForm.

A house of two halves, the two-storey ‘Quad’ inspired front portion takes advantage of park views from the first floor master bedroom and lounge. A single storey pavilion-like structure accommodates the kitchen, meals and living area at the rear. A double sided fireplace separates the meals and living space, where exposed concrete blocks mimic the external piers. Generous outdoor living includes a large loggia and kitchen overlooking the rear garden and pool.

Here, Sascha shares his take on building with InForm and talks us through his favourite aspects of his new home.

What initially led you to InForm?

Coincidence. I was talking to my banker about my search for a good quality builder (hard to find these days). He knew of someone that thought InForm was a great builder and we went from there.

How did you find the InForm process leading up to construction, and during the construction period?

A thorough process, as detailed planning was required. That process enabled us to get exactly what we wanted.

Was your home completed on time?

Yes.

What is your favourite thing about your home?

Open space, large windows, light filled rooms, great architecture.

All in all, how would you describe your experience with InForm?

Excellent. InForm went out of their way to make us happy with the end result. We'd go with InForm anytime again and have recommended their high standard and spoken about the pride in what they do to all our friends and family.
