The narrow site determined a lineal arrangement of spaces connected by a generous hallway adjacent to the southern boundary. The ‘gun-barrel’ hall features full height glazing at either end, roof windows and an internal masonry wall. The house widens to the rear to accommodate an open plan kitchen living space and two bedrooms above, enjoying connection and aspect to the rear garden.
Inspired by the Wall house, this front façade includes a carport and covered entry. A timber screen offers solar protection, privacy, security and a sense of warmth to the master bedroom within.Back
